Конечно грешить на коррупированные финансовые власти Эстонии не будем. ЦБ РФ можно критиковать за то что они не увидели выведенные миллиарды по молдавско-латвийской судебной схеме. Но когда Банк Эстонии не видит такую сумму - им простительно, они лишь добросовестно недоглядели.
